Jan moved to Lake Arrowhead 13 years ago and has never regretted a moment of the time spent here.

A native of Wisconsin, Jan has lived in London, Rome, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles before moving to the San Bernardino mountains.

With a journalism degree from Marquette University and Masters Degrees from Georgetown and the American Film Institute, Jan continues his writing in addition to working for Prime Properties as a Realtor.

Jan and his artist wife Jessica designed and built their own home in the mountain, have refurbished others and own several pieces of property that they intend to develop.

"It's the best place in Southern California to live, bar none.", Jan believes.
